Jennifer's Story
Jennifer Reiner is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who enjoys a diverse career
in the field of nutrition. She works as a private practitioner, an educator and internship preceptor
to dietetic students. She also consults for various nutrition integrated technology solutions used
by hospital systems across the US. Jennifer regularly appears as a nutrition expert for TV and
is a contributor for print media. Her interest in nutrition started in college which transformed into
a passion for teaching people how to have a healthy relationship with food.
​Jennifer has completed specialized training in sports nutrition and works with athletes of all ages
including collegiate and professional athletes. Jennifer served as the lead RDN for the Chicago
Fire Football Club’s Performance Team in 2024 and continues to provide consultive services for
the team and individual MLS athletes.
​Jennifer takes an all-encompassing approach to performance nutrition that recognizes the
interplay between training, mental well-being, and prioritized nutrition to achieve optimal
performance.

Athletes that want to explore a higher level of service may participate in an unlimited service
with Jennifer Reiner. This program utilizes an integrated platform and mobile app to deliver
nutrition support and education throughout the year. Participants will receive weekly 15–30
minute counseling sessions, unlimited emails and texts, weekly food diary review and feedback.
Members will get a 30% discount on supplements from Klean Athlete (NSF certified) and private
consultation will be available online or in person. Small group sessions available.
